Returns

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer free returns under these conditions:

  • Condition: The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, with the original invoice and preferably in its original packaging with price tags attached. An unboxing video (360° opening video) of the parcel is mandatory for processing returns.

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are offered only for merchandise sold at maximum retail price (MRP) without any discounts. Discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

    • The order is canceled before dispatch due to unavailability.

    • The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit.

Sizing

The fit of our handcrafted Indian wear may vary depending on the cut, fabric, and style. Some garments are designed to be looser, while others have a fitted look. Please refer to our Size Guide to select the size that best suits you.

Colors

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible on our website. However, due to screen variations, the shade you see may differ slightly. Reds and blues may vary in tone.
Care Tip: Wash like colors together, dry inside out in the shade, and dry clean silks only to preserve your handcrafted pieces.
